We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return under our 30-day return policy, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Consumers in the European Economic Area and United Kingdom benefit from a legal guarantee that goods must conform to the contract of sale. Products must match their description, be fit for their intended purpose, and possess the qualities that can reasonably be expected.
If a product is defective or not in conformity with the contract of sale, consumers may be entitled to repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund in accordance with applicable law. These rights are available for a period of 2 (two) years from delivery of the goods.
If you are located in the European Union or, where applicable, the European Economic Area, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.
Customers are entitled to inspect and handle the goods as they would in a physical store. However, they may be liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
